What are the hot food and beverage trends this year?  Ancient Grains such as spelt, amaranth and millet, locally and sustainably grown produce, raw veggies, coconut and socially responsible products and packaging are just some predicted by those “in the know.”  Even tea is on the list – Starbucks will drive this with their soon to be launched Tea Bars.  Will they be successful?  Cauliflower is apparently the “new” in vegetable.  What about a trendy weight loss program – should it be the Paleo Diet?
