Diets  THE END OF DIETING!

Our guest for this week’s show, Dr. Joel Fuhrman (Board Certified Family Physician), has declared it is time for The End of Dieting and he means it. His reasons range from “temporary begets temporary” to “foods high in nutrient density are more satisfying than those high in calories.” He adds this stinging truth, “We’re fatter sicker and hungrier than ever as we are trapped in a cycle of food addiction, toxic hunger and overeating.” GOOD NEWS! Yes, Dr. Fuhrman is full of delicious ways to nourish ourselves; he knows we all love to munch and crunch. Just do it, eat the way he suggests and the magic will begin in a week. For those who are battling health issues, Dr. Fuhrman verifies that when you feed your body needed nutrients, by design it will heal itself. Plus, you will experience weight loss. Co-Host Carolina Jantac, RDN (Kid Kritics Approved) and I look forward to hearing Dr. Fuhrman share his nutrition plan and some success stories that are certain to inspire all of us.
