The Kitchen Alchemist Author Frances Castelli on Your Book Your Brand Your Business

My experience as an independent publishing consultant and ghostwriter has taught me the importance of embracing the creative process — which often undergoes various transformations before any given client and I can produce a professionally published paperback and eBook.

This principle has played out in my collaboration with Frances Castelli, whose inspiring journey through the world of food allergies and collection of original, allergy-free recipes will be featured in her forthcoming book, The Kitchen Alchemist: How I Became My Own Food Scientist So My Kids Could Thrive with Anaphylactic Food Allergies. If you’re a listener, you may recognize her name from her first appearance on the show on March 12.

Back then, her book was titled The Kitchen Chemist: How I Became A Food Scientist So My Kids Could Thrive with Anaphylactic Food Allergies…but thanks to valuable input from other people including business professionals, we made a few important changes.

Frances joins me on Monday, June 4 at 5 PM Eastern on Your Book Your Brand Your Business to share her insights on the process of writing and publishing a book, her experience as a mom to three children with broad spectrum anaphylactic food allergies, and her tips for how to manage food allergies in your own children. She is an inspiring woman with valuable information to share, so please join us for an enjoyable, educational interview.  Post your questions in the live chat and we will answer them during the live broadcast.
