There are millions of disabled people in the US alone – and they’re not all working at Goodwill or Wal-Mart. Nor should they be. Many are college-educated and capable of working at full-time jobs, earning their way and contributing to the growth and success of our economy.
So what’s the problem?
Despite education and a willingness to work, the unemployment rate for our nation’s disabled hovers around 70%.
