Blood based cancers. Since my own husband died of multiple myeloma, this is a bittersweet show for me. However, I really want to focus on leukemia and myeloma, what they are, their symptoms, risk factors, etc. My guest is Dr. Daniel Pollyea, an investigator at the University of Colorado Cancer Center, clinical director of leukemia services at University of Colorado Hospital, and assistant professor of oncology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine.
