A professional horseman for more than 30 years, Les Salzman has trained, bred, managed and owned farms: and operated a bloodstock and appraisal agency. He has been a racing journalist even longer; having covered the sport in print, television, radio and podcast. He currently owns Bally Rose Farm in South Florida and is frequently at Gulfstream Park, Palm Meadows as well as Saratoga, Keeneland. He often consigns horses at the Keeneland Sales, Fasig Tipton amd Ocala Breeders Sales Company.
